We now ship internationally to many countries! (But not
all) $50.00 minimum
purchase for total items purchased .for
all international orders. (not
including shipping) We apologize for any inconvenience
this may cause.
Basic international
shipping steps...
1 Canada orders email us directly at sales@nauticaltropical.com
with your shipping address and items desired for shipping quote. (Note you
can get item stock numbers by clicking the shopping cart)
2 All other countries need to do steps
2-6. Check from our list below to make sure
we can
ship to your country
3 Click the Bongo International link
below to
be approved for international shipping. Note if you want a shipping
estimate before being approved we can do this however it will be an
estimate and not the exact figure. You can also call bongo at the
number listed on their website or can get live help from them here: http://www.bongous.com/chat.php
4 Contact us at sales@nauticaltropical.com
with your shipping address and items desired for shipping estimate. (Note you can get item stock numbers by clicking the shopping cart)
We can give you a shipping
estimate based on your address and products desired...however Bongo
International will give you exact amount before shipping
4 We will give you a shipping estimate
based on the information you provide us.
5 You will purchase the product and
domestic shipping to the consolidation center from nauticaltropical.com.
We will inspect and ship the product to the consolidation center .
6 You will purchase the international
shipping and shipping insurance from Bongo International. (Note that
product must be fully insured for any claims of defects or damage.)
Bongo International will reinspect the product and ship it to your
location. Note for details and terms and conditions please read
below...
( Customers pay for domestic shipping to
our consolidator then shipping internationally, however with the volume
that Bongo International does, they get much better rates then if we
shipped internationally directly from our warehouse so in most cases you
actually save money with this process)
NOTICE...
All international orders will have a 5%
surcharge on product purchased (minimum $5) due to extra inspections and
packing procedures and higher international credit card fees.
Ordering is easy!
You can order by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, (Sorry no
checks or wire transfers for international orders) You must first
log in to our consolidation shipping partner (Bongo International) to be
approved. All international correspondence will be thru email only

Nauticaltropical.com has partnered with Bongo International to fulfill our
international orders. Bongo provides our international visitors with their own
US forwarding address. Having a Bongo address provides you with multiple
benefits. Ability to purchase from any US based
retail store Ability to save money by consolidating multiple
purchases Ability to make sure your order was fulfilled
correctly Ability to view images of your goods before they
are shipped overseas Upon completing your Bongo
registration, you will be able to check out at our site.

Shipping timeframe...
All stock items ordered 2-4 business
days from our location to the Bongo shipping center.
They will recheck the product for any damages/defects and repack your
order carefully for shipping.
INSURANCE...You
must insure items fully with Bongo International i order to process a
claim. Failure to insure YOUR product means you waive the right to
collect for any damages. If you buy something for $500 with ship
cost and you don't insure it and it is damaged beyond repair you will have
lost your $500. Be smart...insure your product fully.
NOTE: Due to the large volume of international shipping from Bongo
your total shipping cost including domestic and international will most
likely be lower than if we sent the product to you direct from our
warehouse.

We do not split shipments on an order due to the high costs of shipping.
INTERNATIONAL Shipping and handling charges
will be charged separately from Bongo International before shipping from their
facility.
RUSH SHIPPING to CANADA
ONLY...
If you need next day, or two day
shipping to CANADA, just contact us before ordering! We are glad to help, and will inform you of the charges
prior to shipping.
We charge an additional 5% of the order total handling charge (minimum
$5.00 charge) for each air rush order above the next day or 2nd day air charges for
orders. If you want to use your own UPS/FEDEX shipping number for billing or your own shipper number, we will charge the
additional special handling charge. Sorry,
Rush shipping is not available for international orders other than Canada.
ITEMS THAT DO NOT
QUALIFY FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING...
The following items will not be shipped
internationally: Lamps, shell products, clearance items, items
not stocked in our warehouse, restricted items for a particular country,
BACKORDERS...
Sorry no backorders on international orders. We must have the
product in stock to process the order.
RETURNS...DAMAGES...
Before any international order
leaves our warehouse we open every piece and inspect it carefully.
We repack everything with the utmost care. We also photo the piece
before re-boxing it. When Bongo International (Our shipping consolidator)
receives the shipment. they re-inspect it for defects and damage,
They repack the goods to arrive safely to your location. There
should be zero defects and rarely damages. Insure your product to be able
to make a damage claim. For any defect claims we will require
detailed pictures of the defect. If we see the item is defective then we will process a defect
claim. We don't expect expect any defects in product. If there is damage you
must contact the carrier and Bongo International immediately for
processing. We reserve the right to refund or replace on any damaged
orders.
DISCOUNTS...
Sorry
no discounts on any international orders. Clearance merchandise
cannot be included in international orders or any coupon discounts.
PRIVACY...
All e-mail addresses are kept
confidential and are not sold to other
companies. We will never share, sell, or rent your personal
information with third parties for their promotional use. We offer new merchandise arrivals and special discounts
with our customers occasionally as well as those that have signed our
guest list. You may opt out if you do not wish to receive the
special mailings in the future. Only UPS or other shippers may receive your e-mail address
for shipping confirmation purposes only. We respect your
privacy.
CHANGES AND OTHER

We are not responsible for typographical
errors as we too are human. All dimensions on items
listed on this site are approximate. Colors can vary sometimes
with the lighting, picture taking, and products themselves. Any changes in shipping,
pricing, products, or policies will be published
on this site.
LARGE ORDERS...
We
may contact you for further information or ask for a signature on larger
orders for verification
purposes.
CATALOG REQUESTS...
Sorry,
but due to our constantly changing and adding merchandise we do not have a
catalog. Besides, not having the added expense of a catalog
helps us keep our prices low to save you money!
Warranties...
Items
are "as is" after our return timeframe just as in many gift and
decor stores. In the rare case that a manufacturer warrants a
product we sell, you would need to consult the manufacturer on warranty
issues. No warranties are expressed or implied on items found
in our retail or wholesale web stores.
NOTICE: Due to international fraud we
reserve the right to refuse to sell product to any customer we feel is a
risk.
